Great For Running!: my feedback
These shorts are great for running. The liner fits tightly and the liner pocket is in a good spot to the side of leg and will firmly hold a phone that is about 3" wide. The back towel loop is also a cool feature which is useful for running to hold your towel or your shirt. The back zipper pocket works good for holding keys.

- The lightweight and durable fabric resists wear and tear, making them a great investment for long-term use
Cons
- The fabric can become discolored over time, making the shorts look old and worn out
