The main reason I ordered this Bluetooth is that it can connect to 2 different devices at the same time. I have a work phone and my personal phone and I find it difficult not only to carry two phones but also to have two different Bluetooth devices. When I received this package (which arrived within 3 days) I was a bit hesitant, but after using it for about 5 days I LOVE it! The connection was very easy and the audio was clear on both phones. If I'm on a call on one phone and another one rings, I can answer that call with the push of a button. The active line is automatically put on hold while I'm on another line. One day I hang up on this line and automatically get connected to the same line. There is a voice command and the voice will tell you who is calling and whether you are connected to 2 devices or not. Nobody complained about the sound or couldn't hear me. Bluetooth can be a bit uncomfortable in the ear, but sometimes you don't feel it. I think my ears are smaller than most people's, so they sit over the inner cup of my ear, which is uncomfortable at times. Bluetooth also comes with a car charger and a flexible USB charger that pair together and are small enough to carry in your purse or pocket. Another thing is that you can listen to music with this Bluetooth, while another Bluetooth I've had in the past didn't let me connect to music. I definitely do not regret buying this product!
