I've had this for about a week now. I ordered one for my just turned 2 year old and one for his almost 3 year old friend. They are very durable and nice. One of the pumps was broken, but I was immediately sent a replacement pump! So, good customer service. My son likes to sit on it, but can't quite figure out the bouncing yet. His friend on the other hand loves it and bounces all over the house. I think he just needs to be a bit older to figure it out.
