Going from a full size to a twin with two different coil systems is quite a change. I like very much that this bed is longer and after allowing for the rolled edge on airbeds, this is more like a standard bed. That makes it more comfortable not having your toes hitting the rolled edge at the foot of the bed. As for which coil system I like best, I use a comforter instead of a mattress pad (I find it easier) so both are comfortable. I can't speak to how long it lasts as I've had it only a week, but I have had no problems and have not needed to add air since the initial setup was complete.
