The Smemark team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When I first got on the team I was provided with a ton of resources and information on how to best utilize the platform. The team is always quick to help and respond to my questions and concerns. We were provided with a ton of information and resources and the platform is easy to use. I don't have any dislikes. I have been on the platform for a little over a year and have done some amazing things with the platform. I have been working on my own and have been working on a lot of our internal processes. I have been working with the team to help with our internal processes and help with our company website. I like that it is easy to create content for my website, as well as other social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter! The fact you can manage multiple projects at once with ease makes this program very efficient!! Sometimes there are minor bugs but nothing too big of an issue. It's not expensive either so its worth giving it try if your looking into creating digital marketing material in bulk. For me personally they have been able tto increase traffic by over 100%.
