It doesn't work directly

followed all setup instructions, paid the monthly fee, only bluetooth tracking keeps working, cellular tracking was never available. Contacted support, they responded within 5 minutes asking to confirm the purchase then disappeared. There is no way to contact them other than email. Well it's a joke.
