I have used pressed coin towels for many years. This one doesn't compare to others I've used in the past. It's very, very thin - you can see your hand through it when it's filled with water and unwound. It breaks easily. I use them to wash my face and after 2 wipes on my face there are holes in the towel. It dissolves when you rinse the towel, meaning you can only rinse it once before it becomes useless. It has poor absorbency - when I wipe the soap off my face with it, the soap glides over my face and doesn't get into the towel until I rinse the towel and dry my face 3 times. By the way, other towels are also composted. This towel is nothing special in terms of sustainability - the only difference is that individual towels are not wrapped in plastic, but there are other towels of better quality that are not wrapped in plastic.
