PRODUCT: Does the job, but my thick, layered hair took me a few tries to get a good knot. Looks great on my 3 year old. She has long thin hair. SHIPPING: I bought 2 packs but only received 1. I saw in the review that some had nothing in the box. Really sucks because I wanted to wear it with my daughter. I contacted support to get another one. I will update my post when I get an answer. I would give 5 stars because I love the product but the sending of 1 instead of the 2 packs I ordered is really disappointing. TO UPDATE! After contacting support, they responded immediately and fixed the issue. Sending another 2-box. Hope this doesn't happen again. But now my daughter and I really enjoy using this product.
