The team at Racer is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable to their clients' needs! I can't say anything bad about them from my experience with this software so far!! There's not much that I dislike right now as everything has been great thus far.

Make sure you choose your account manager well because they know what they're doing!! They will guide you through any issues or questions/concerns that come up during setup of the product. We are able to track our customers in an easy way which makes it easier for us when dealing with customer service requests.
