Most needed work on balls and accessories

First let me say that I love it and my son loves it. Here are the things that would make it 5 stars for me: 1) The tube doesn't attach properly. You have 4 threads that you tie together. It's so annoying because it keeps falling apart and the balls fall out. I've got more balls on the floor than here! It should have had a zipper, or at least more ties. I don't know the keys. Something more than what he has. This is awful 2) It would be nice to have a "cover" for holes/entrances that you don't use. However, the tent part has only one configuration, making it difficult to use the 7th part (tube) as it would become very long. Not like the photo where you can make a zigzag. (You can't bend it in the end, only in a square) 3) I bought 1000 skeins which I think is the ideal amount for this. Except they're everywhere (pipes, floor) but in the pit itself 4) if you really want a ball pit, it's not. It's more for a small maze (which I like, don't get me wrong), I was just hoping to get a 2 in 1. I bought an inflatable kids pool and put another 1000 balls in it and it's a real ball pit.
