Easy to use and works!
I found out about this halfway through my Invisalign treatment. My dentist said to get this to speed up treatment and move my teeth. Came sealed in a ziplock bag. All I do is chew it every time I put my aligners back on after eating. Also, while reading a book or watching TV, I just chew it for 10 minutes. My treatment lasted about 10 months, although it was expected to be completed in 1.5-2 years!
