I like that they're the same diameter as the standard plastic wheels, which means that you don't have to worry about finding that perfect position again after installing, nor does it raise the bottom end travel of the cylinder. They are about as loud as the standard plastic wheels, however. I expected them to be quieter, like the roller blade type wheels. I suspect it's due to the fact that there are, technically, 10 wheels rolling (as opposed to only five for the roller blades). They roll nice

I'm so annoyed that these wheels scratched up my tempered glass chair mat. I can't even believe this is an issue. I should bill them for a new mat. I guess I should be thankful that they didn't scratch up expensive flooring. Back they went!

I ordered these wheel for a chair I was limping by on some spare parts I had laying around. My hopes were not high but the wheels fit surprisingly well. I really only needed 2 but I ended up replacing all of the wheels on the chair. They fit like factory.

For the price, I was expecting materials and / or poor assembly, but I was wrong. These are a great value for the price, and they were easy to install on my executive desk chair replacing the original casters. They feel a bit weird after having the original casters for so long (that scratch wood flooring), but that's to be expected.We'll see over time if they hold up their value or break down quickly.

Replaced hard plastic chair wheels to protect new laminate and these were perfect. Just pulled on the old ones and they came out. The new ones pushed right into the same holes and I was done.

I read one of those lists of "amazon products you can't live without" and first learned about the advantages of rubber chair wheels. These are like the OEM casters that come with the basic office chairs. They don't roll very well and will need to be replaced for braking and locking up too. Spend twice the price and get the ball bear style wheels.

I was actually quite surprised with how durable these seem. Easy to install, roll well on our laminate floors. Very pleased to not have to get one of those ugly floor protecting mats that never work.
