I like that they're the same diameter as the standard plastic wheels, which means that you don't have to worry about finding that perfect position again after installing, nor does it raise the bottom end travel of the cylinder. They are about as loud as the standard plastic wheels, however. I expected them to be quieter, like the roller blade type wheels. I suspect it's due to the fact that there are, technically, 10 wheels rolling (as opposed to only five for the roller blades). They roll nice and smooth, and I notice that the chair doesn't "wander" as much while being moved around (it goes in the direction you push it). Nice wheels, overall.
