Bought from these "American Exporters" at risk because I wasn't sure if they would be from Bangalore or Mumbai office. Not everyone knows that this company has split into two separate companies that are allowed to use the same name and brand name: the Bangalore office makes incense the old-fashioned way of rolling it by hand, while the Mumbai office reportedly uses machines to roll the ingredients below par. It creates a dark, smoky charcoal product that suffocates you when you inhale it. From what I can tell they appear to be from the Bangalore office and this is a Satya incense that has always been loved by many. My incense came in a large Reiki box, but that was probably just reusable packaging, so no need to worry.
