These sleeves are too tight. They were immediately uncomfortable, and after wearing them for 45 minutes I was so relieved to finally take them off. They partially cut off circulation and gave me a slightly numb feeling in my hands and arms. Even 15 minutes after removing the sleeves I'm still feeling some numbness.I'm a 6' tall male and wear a size large shirt. My arms are by no means thick. I'd say that the diameters of my biceps, forearms and wrists are completely average. With very few exceptions, every size large shirt, jacket, sweater or gloves that I try on fit me well.These sleeves are probably a good fit for anyone who wears a men's medium or small. If you wear a men's large and have skinny arms then they'll probably be ok.I'm really disappointed because I love the thumb-hole design and the price.
