Rhoost - Poor Online Purchasing Experience

I frequently buy baby items online because I'm a busy mom. I was eager to check out Rhoost's online store because it promised to offer parents high-quality and cutting-edge products, so that's why. However, I had a bad experience with Rhoost's online store. Finding the things I was looking for on the website proved to be challenging. When I did locate what I wanted, the checkout procedure was time-consuming and difficult. Even worse, the items I received did not match the descriptions on the internet. The Rhoost Baby Grooming Kit seemed flimsy and inexpensive, and the Rhoost Bamboo Washcloths were much smaller than I had imagined. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Rhoost's customer support team, but I didn't get any sympathy or understanding in return. I was left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with my buying experience because they refused to offer a refund or replacement for the things. Overall, I wouldn't advise other parents or caregivers to shop through Rhoost's website. Although their products might be of a high caliber, the internet shopping experience is far from ideal.

Pros
  • a variety of grooming necessities
Cons
  • It's possible that some products won't work for all infants.
