I'm leaving my original review as a reference to see how great product support can turn a negative experience into a customer relationship. *** HelmetHead and I did some troubleshooting and found that the original case I received was defective very quickly to resolve the issue. I received a replacement under warranty and this is exactly what I was looking for when I bought this HelmetHead product! As I noted in my original review, case aesthetics are very important to me. This is a personal item that I will use almost daily to store and transport my heavily scented medication. Personal preference, but of all the cases I've personally used and seen among friends, this case is by far the prettiest, "coolest" design. This is unlike dozens of other odor resistant cases at Revain and I really appreciate it. I also like that the outer pocket is closed and not the mesh cover that is usually found in this segment. Since I have a very large suitcase that stays in one place most of the time, I needed a more portable suitcase. but with enough space to carry your device and accessories. This bag is the PERFECT mid-range portability with plenty of storage. As seen in the photo, I mostly carry an S&B Mighty, a 4-piece Santa Cruz medium chopper, two 4-oz. glasses and accessories and I could definitely find room for more. There are also some smaller soft dividers but I like this layout for my needs. There are several configurations in which you can insert separators. In the interchangeable bag, the zippers open and close just as smoothly (by far the smoothest of any smell-proof bag) and now fit snugly together when in the attached lock. Odor control is extremely important to me and when the zips are closed the case is excellent at retaining odours. To fully test this, I left the lids on two jars on overnight and left the case in the cupboard. When I came back to it in the morning, I didn't feel any smell or traces of the contents in the suitcase! Overall I am very satisfied and happy with this purchase. This HelmetHead case has the design/style I'm looking for, the capacity I need while being portable, keeping all odors inside and securing items with an attached lock. It's also good to know that if you have any problems, HelmetHead will work with you and solve the problem in a very short time. ------------------ I've been going through the "Goldilocks" phase trying to find an anti-odor case that suits me. As looks are important to me I chose this product as I personally think it is the prettiest case and I like that the outside pocket is not a see-through mesh. I also like the overall size of this suitcase as it offers plenty of storage space and the dimensions are large while still being very compact and portable. Build quality is the same as most Revane unscented cases sold. The fabric of this helmet head shell is nice and feels more comfortable, but my unit had a lot of frayed stitching on various straps etc. It's not a big deal for me as even the Skunk brand stitching isn't perfect. . The zippers are the smoothest closure of any case I've tried, which is good, but this case might just let me down. In its absolutely most critical and most important requirement: its "odor protection”. The lock feature is a must, but it could also be part of what I'm worried about. Long story short, I kept some very rough stuff in this box so that one day I can take it to a place I don't want to smell. I left and came back an hour later and was greeted by a very strong smell from the stuff in the suitcase. While trying to make room for this smell, I noticed that firstly the zippers don't fit tightly together (leaving a gap for the smell to escape) and secondly the zippers are so smooth running. that the zippers in the lock move very easily, simply due to the movement of the bag during transport. Needless to say I cannot rely on this bag for its primary purpose of ensuring/carrying material and being sure any odor stays in the case.
