Okay for everyone posting 1 star reviews for installation issues please try again because you are doing it wrong. Step One Remove the old lightbulb and retaining ring. Step Two I had a separate NEW LED made from a round plastic ring with a seal in red (the same thing that can be rotated). Step Three: Insert the ring with the gasket (just the ring, not the LED). Step four: Install the retaining ring that was removed in step one. Step five, find the 2 cutouts in the sealing ring, insert the LED bulb into the housing and screw it in place. All ready, no need to modify the snap ring types, it's easy. The headlights are working great after 1 week, see how well they hold up
