Suitable for leisure, not for training
I would not recommend these cycling shorts for training, but they are ideal for leisure. I bike and jog and these shorts fit my legs like crazy. I usually wear old short compression bikes in navy blue and they don't budge. I will definitely not use them for training again. I ordered the same size as the old navy blue shorts, size s. I ordered 5ft 1in 110 small. If you are looking for a good short workout I recommend the old navy blue and the size up because they are compressive so they stay in place better and don't bunch up and fold.
