I bought a large one expecting the legs and arms to be too long according to other reviews but they ate as expected and I'm only 5ft 8in tall. Haven't washed them yet so can't comment on shrinkage. They are definitely soft and comfortable. They are thin, do not consider them true cold weather pajamas.
