The first one I got had a broken D-bar that connects to the inside handle that controls the deadbolt. The second was missing the screws and butt plate. Since I was ready to hit the road, I didn't want to risk a third order, so I reused my existing bolts and strike plates. Everything fits like clockwork and still works after the installation three weeks ago. Since installing it, I've noticed that one of the buttons isn't as sensitive as the others. I was a bit disappointed that the electronic lock only works with a deadbolt and not a knob lock that only works with a key. So far I'm happy with the purchase and hope it lasts for years but not sure if it will last too long as the buttons are already starting to lose responsiveness. 8 months later - 1/2 button doesn't work at all when there is no sun. A month later my code is broken but the block shortcode works. So I could lock it with the number keys but I had to use a key to unlock it. 10 months later - light goes out, doesn't work at all. Changed batteries, the light came back on, the touchpad works but it won't even lock with the key combo and it won't unlock. $160 for a digital lock that lasted 6 months and now I have a manual entry lock.
