The integration between FACTOR is very easy, you do not need any training or support from SFB as they have highly qualified people in this domain who understands your requirements well which helps when integrating with other modules within BBS4 platform like PXS etc., we had some issues while migrating old data into new system but after contacting their technical team all was sorted out without much hassle of our side! Highly recommend them. Nothing at present so far I would say its best software available currently if one requires bill management solution then it should be considered by everyone else too!! We are managing bills related activities across multiple clients/customers seamlessly using bankandfactor add -ons integrated inside bbs 4 accounting / finance module.
