*update*The company reached out to me after my review to try to help me, which i appreciate. I was able to attach the silverware holder but only by following the instructions online. It's still crooked but at least it stays in place. I still don't like that there is no drainage spout, but it says that in the description anyways. Also there are no spots on the side for cups like most drying racks have. Overall I'm still not crazy about it, but it gets the job done.This dish rack kind of sucks. The things that bother me the most are the fact that the little silverware holder does not attach to the side no matter what I do. So it's just sitting in there and it always falls over. And then the other annoying thing is that the tray at the bottom doesn't have a little lip to drain the water out so the water just constantly pools and you have to clean it all the time because it gets gross. Not worth the money.
