Review on πŸ“š College Themed Stickers by me & my BIG ideas - Stay Organized with School Schedule, Scrapbooking & Paper Crafts - Multi-Color - The Happy Planner Scrapbooking Supplies - 5 Sheets by Kelly Caballes

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Overpriced, poor design, impractical for a student.

I bought Me and my BIG ideas for school and college stickers to use with my newly purchased AT-A-GLANCE Weekly/Monthly/Daily Planner 2017, 4-7/8 x 8" Modern Black ( 70-100X-05).I wasn't aware at the time that this brand's stickers were for use with a very specific planner so the size is a little off and some of the stickers are too big for my space but that's about it me and didn't influence my decision to give this product 3 stars. My first and biggest issue with these stickers is the lack of practical variety in the design. The preference for stars, hearts and other various quotes and shapes;although I admit it too Appreciate that the planner looks good and has a bit of "pizza" to convince you to look at it regularly I bought these stickers with the expectation that they would mark important assignments, tests etc for d en can mark entire semesters. Instead, the combined test and quiz sticker only lasts for two classes and expands depending on how your classes are organized. The stickers are mostly cute and the colors are very bright, but it can be a bit annoying when some of the stickers don't match (e.g. round test stickers and then rectangular test stickers make the selection uneven and uncoordinated). . I would need to buy two or three packs of these stickers to adequately cover all four of my courses this semester. Due to my own error in sizing the stickers, some of them can be used with a little overlap and others that I definitely can't use in my weekly planner. For the ones I can use, I've found that when you peel off some stickers, the front of the design actually peels away from the sticky paper backing, rendering them completely unusable. This seems to happen more often with smaller stars etc so you need to be careful to fold the booklet enough to separate it into one piece. planners, and one of the advantages of these pens is that they dry faster than other gel pens. Whether it is pen error or sticker surface error, I believe it is a combination of both, it is very easy to smudge writing on smooth surface stickers. You must leave your planner open for at least 5-10 minutes to allow the ink to dry completely on the sticker without smearing or getting stuck to the paper of your planner pages. I would suggest writing your information on the sticker before removing it, letting it dry and then applying it to your planner to avoid a mess. The stickers themselves feel a bit like cardboard. They stick neatly to the page and can be removed without ruining your journal paper, but you can't reapply the same sticker once it's stuck to the page. Small positioning errors can be corrected if you quickly remove and reapply the sticker, but once it's stuck, stick with it. All in all, these stickers do the job if you know what you're getting into. I would definitely not advise students to purchase these with the intention of planning their academic semester as (1) the variety lacks the amount of actual academic stickers available and (2) mixing and matching designs would make saving difficult. A single system to record your events, tasks and other important planning details. These stickers seem to be more for show than practicality, which might be some people's style but definitely not mine. For the price, I don't think they're really worth buying unless you're using them to complement another method of writing things down and using them to add flair to your existing planner system.
