I love the pants in my review.

My 14 year old son needed boy scout pants and got them, they are great! Fits I'm fine which I was concerned about after reading many reviews but decided to give it a try and was so glad we did. They look great with his uniform, he says they are very comfortable and I think they look great and are as close to formal Boy Scout pants as you can get.

Cons

Elastic Waistband Doesn't Fit All: While an elastic waistband provides a comfortable fit for most children, it may not fit all waist sizes and may be uncomfortable for some children.
