Would definitely buy again.
Ordered 18 Plus. I have a 42B and I usually have trouble tightening the top. So one fitted well and was surprisingly flattering. The bottom is a little tight in the band, but it's no big deal. The only thing I would really change is that I wish the bottoms were a bit thicker. They cause a little cameltoe movement if I don't tighten them from time to time. In general I am very satisfied.
