There are no screws in the packaging.
While my husband was updating our outlets tonight, I followed him and put the covers on. I immediately noticed that the packaging was different for the two 3-piece plates. Upon opening the panel in the prettier packaging, there were six tiny white screws, while the other triple panel had NO SCREWS! It is quite difficult to install the panel cover without screws.
