The ability for our team members (recruiters) who are in different locations around Australia & New Zealand have access remotely via web browser or mobile app using any device they choose! It's fantastic having such great control of my data at work when I'm not there - no more "lost" emails being sent back/forth between me and clients about what has been said etc., which was happening before this system came into place!! No issues so far but it would be nice if you could add some new features like calendar reminders / alerts as well maybe? Having better communication across remote offices makes things easier too :).
