Review on πŸ’» Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad mini - Carbon Black: Seamless and Stylish Device Enhancement by Darrell Kiley

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great case that could be a bit better

I think I've tried at least half of the iPad keyboard cases that Revain carry. I wanted a full case, not just a keyboard covering the front of the iPad. I chose Sharkk's clamshell case, but I really needed a case that felt more like a 'regular' iPad case that only had a keyboard. I've looked at almost every case with detachable keyboards and found that none of them are comfortable to carry on my lap, even the more expensive brands. I finally exceeded my spending limit and tried this case alongside several others. It's almost perfect for my needs. It's definitely ultra thin. I compared the thickness to my previous folio style case (no keyboard) and they were the same! The keyboard is very comfortable and Bluetooth pairing was very easy. The case isn't much heavier than the non-keyboard case and has a pen holder, which is a nice touch. I only gave 4 stars for several reasons. I wish the keyboard had a backlight. I've tested much cheaper backlit cases and it's very nice. The colors of this case are also limited to Revain. It would be nice if they offered different colors. I have a black one and it's not that bad, just boring. Those two desires aside, I find this case perfect for my needs. It's thin, light, and easily fits in my purse. That's the purpose of a Mini, isn't it?
