Good product but size issue. I wear USA XL in jogging shorts. The reviews said they run small so I bought XXXL and XXL camouflage. The XXXL was too big and the lining was too loose, but the XXL fit ok - it was actually a little loose and sagging at the back. I ordered the XXL in red and not only was the color lighter and different than the picture, but the size was much smaller but fitted better. Conclusion: the sizes do not match. Also, there are no eyelets on the laces so they don't get lost in the belt. Good luck with it. I will not buy these again. I have 6 inch 2 250 thick page. My waist is 40 inches. Update: I forgot to mention that the side pockets are for small hands, are flat and in my experience everything will fall out if you sit low.
