Review on 💡 Philips 419549 Halogen PAR30L Equivalent Bulb by Candice Lohan

When we installed the first one we really liked it. We liked it so much we ended up taking 6. Now, after 8-12 months of regular home use, they've all failed. At this price, the bulbs should last significantly longer. We're replacing them with LED emitters, which last 25,000 hours per bulb (vs. the 1,100 hours these bulbs are advertised for) for roughly the same price per bulb. We will stay away from Philips EcoVantage lamps. This was our first review: we got it to replace a burned out kitchen spotlight. The light is just as bright as the previous one and looks amazing. Works well with dimmers. We didn't know about the different neck lengths. We originally received this bulb in the 30's and the neck was too short to fit in a jar so we couldn't use it. Then we got the 30 liters and it works great. The 30 liter bulb is a little longer than our other bulbs, but once in the jar you really don't notice the difference.
