I would highly recommend DWT! It was an extremely stressful time but they made it so much easier knowing that we had their support through everything from start till finish even after closing up shop (we needed some assistance resolving issues regarding real estate transactions). We are now working towards getting back into business once again under different ownership/management team which will require us having new counsel who can assist during transition phase if necessary - otherwise things should remain smooth sailing until then :).
