Good price. Installing my 55 inch TV was pretty easy. I got this one because I wanted to be sure I could screw it to two separate studs that could be 16" or 24" apart (US standard). Turns out my wall joists are 16 inches wide. So if you have a big TV and are on a budget, this works great. You have to use the spike finder to avoid destroying the wall. A skillful person can install this TV mount in a short time. ***Also make sure you connect the cables first as there is no room for them once installed unless you want to disconnect them again. I knew about it beforehand but forgot because I was so focused on installing it. I'm giving 4 stars because the tilt feature is so complex and minimal, but it's reliable.
