The skirt is beautiful! Arrived within a few days. Now for the sizing - I checked all the reviews and the sizing chart. I usually wear small (or size 6) hips 38 1/2-39”. So I chose the hip size because some buyers mentioned that the material is non-refundable. I think we're all used to stretchy jeans etc by now so I bought a size medium with that in mind. They are a little roomy at the waist but allow them to sit on the hips instead of the waist (like mid rise jeans) work great and actually elongate the bust to the hips creating a "slimming" effect is created. And no problem with feeling like it's too restrictive. Hope this helps someone else like me who is torn between sizes.
