This earring is really SMALL and I'm fine with that; but when I tried to put it on the bar wouldn't snap into place. After several repeated attempts at attachment, the tiny shaft was badly bent and is now "irretrievable and unwearable". So 1 star. Come on, could "RitaStephens" really deliver a product, at least tested for performance? It may be 14k gold but to me it's rubbish even though it looks good. Note: This is the first AMAZON jewelry I have had a major functional issue with and will likely be the last. CJLATER: It's only fair that after a much gentler and calming hand slightly adjusted the shank of this earring - bless its calming influence on my life - I reevaluate my appreciation for her and her sheer beauty. Such was the case and so small - now I wear it - and in general it looks damn good! So let me change my rating to 4 instead of 1. Forgiveness! CJ
