Freezes my phone! - Accessories for photo and video

Unfortunately. I would like to point out, spend your money. I just bought the Silver version, the more expensive version, and it keeps crashing on my phone. It doesn't do anything at all, every time I open the app my phone freezes completely. I have a Galaxy Note 10 Plus.
