Although I've been wearing them for about 2-3 weeks, my heels have improved. The best thing about this balm is that you don't have to touch it; It works like a roller so your hands don't get sticky. I use them in the evening after showering and before bed; they also work faster if you wear a pair of socks after use. They have a slight medicinal odor. The instructions say to use it twice a day, but I use it once at night, not during the day.
