I'm a night nurse and I work in the neurological intensive care unit (stroke/seizure/brain injury). This is invaluable for reducing the amount of stuff I have to carry around. Many of these types of pens have side buttons or sliders that light up, making them too easy to trigger when placed in a peel pouch, but not this one. I get a lot fewer random triggers, which saves battery life, meaning my ink often runs out before my light. A real pen is solid, and while I don't use the pen tip often, it worked well when I needed it. I'm the first about you!
