The best thing about traffic junks ads are they tend to show up in different places than traditional networks, so if you aren't looking for them then it's really easy not see their messages! It would be nice though just have some of those types available with your main account or something like an add-on service where people can pay extra money but still get access without having another separate website set aside specifically as "traffic junkys". I've been using this type online since 2008/9 when i first started doing affiliate marketing before youtube became big enough at least within my niche (dating). The best thing about traffic junky is its support team. I used to have issues with my ads, but they were always there to help me fix it or get it fixed asap. They are very helpful and friendly. Sometimes the ads aren't working right. In that case, they will help you figure out what's wrong with your settings. It's not much, but it's something. I recommend traffic junky because of their great customer service. I use traffic junky for my blog, and I also use them for my YouTube channel.
