I use it to carry my basketball shoes on my backpack. This gives you more space in your backpack and frees your hands from clinging to your shoes. This product may seem unnecessary and useless, but to be honest it really comes in handy. When I first came to work with this product in my back-mount boots, my co-workers literally asked me many times that day where I got this product from. Even they thought it was cool! The only downside is that it comes with a small carabiner so it was difficult to get around my thick backpack straps, but carabiners are relatively cheap so I just bought a bigger one to replace and it works like a charm . It's totally worth the money and will come in handy more often than you think.
