I don't often write reviews because I usually don't have the time. I find time for this experience. For something I only use occasionally, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a protective case like this. I only bought this product on the recommendation of a friend. When I received the product, the elastic velcro was missing from the package. I contacted Ventior through their website to explain what was missing. I received a quick email response within a few hours. it was Thursday. I was asked for the Revain order number and my mailing address. On Friday I was informed that another package had been sent and would arrive on Tuesday. True to my word, I received a replacement as promised, complete with the missing elastic band. I recommend this product because it does what it is supposed to do without spending a lot of money but mostly thanks to the great customer service I received from Ventior. . For only $13, they could have easily stuffed it. But they went out of their way to make sure the order was accurate and accurate and that I was happy with my purchase. Many companies could learn something about customer service from Ventior!
