Review on ChuLian by Anthony Shepherd

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The most significant letdown of my entire life was ChuLian.

I thought that ChuLian would live up to my expectations, but wow, was I mistaken! This internet store is the very definition of unfulfilling one's expectations. To begin, the so-called "automotive accessories" were nothing more than a collection of miscellaneous items that appeared to have been purchased at a yard sale or thrift store. I was anticipating receiving something interesting and distinctive, but what I ended up with was a collection of rusted old screws and some greasy rags. Then there were the "interior accessories," as they are sometimes called. What a joke! When the seat cover I ordered finally arrived, it did not look anything like the photo that was displayed on the website where I bought it. It appeared as though a child of five years of age had blindfolded themselves while cutting a piece of fabric and sewing it together. And as for the "steering wheels and accessories," don't get get me started on that topic. Let's just say that they were an utter and total waste of both my time and money. In addition to everything else that went wrong, the customer service was horrible. When I attempted to get in touch with them to make them aware of my concerns, I was placed on hold for what felt like an age. When I eventually get through, I was greeted by an indifferent and nasty employee who made it abundantly evident that they did not care about the problem that I was having. To summarize, ChuLian is the place to go to have a wonderful time while squandering your hard-earned cash if those are the things you seek. On the other hand, if you want high-quality accessories for your car's interior and exterior, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Pros
  • Prices that are not prohibitive.
Cons
  • erratic product quality.
