No connection to Carplay

UPDATE: After I was able to update the software provided to me by SYGAV, Carplay works great! Would give 5 stars but installation requires breaking a few clips off the top of the block which doesn't seem like the best solution, at least on a 2014 Corolla *I can't figure out how to get Apple CarPlay to work. "Zlink" is the app that makes CarPlay work but doesn't connect, just shows up on the loading screen.
