Connects as it should, but no more. There's no way to adjust the volume, but I should have known that. If your headphones don't have the ability to adjust volume on the fly, then this won't work so well for you. I gave it a star because when trying to remove it from my controller it fell apart and almost got stuck in my controller. They (most manufacturers) will not work for most people. You connect, but it's as convenient as it gets. The best choice would be to use a cable.
