If you have severe foot pain, try this. You worked for me. (FYI, nobody pays this grandmother to write anything) I sprained my knee about 8 years ago when I slipped on ice. I did physical therapy for a few weeks and eventually got better, but since then the pain has come back every few months and often for no apparent reason.
