The ankle support has been very helpful for me while lifting heavy objects at work. Based on my experience it is very comfortable to wear and stays in place throughout my shift. It provides excellent support and prevents any strains or sprains. The one downside is that it can be a bit difficult to put on at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze....
