Not much to say about this small item. It wraps around the shoulder strap of a hiking backpack or any backpack. I recently bought a GoPro 7 Black and used it on this camera mount. It worked very well. Now with onboard stabilization processing, the GP7 has virtually eliminated camera shake when walking the trail. It was nice pairing the GP7 with this article as the GP7 has voice activation. I used it with my old GP4 and immediately saw the difference between the two thanks to the natural camera shake. One thing you need to do is set exactly where on the strap it should be. As you load your pack and make adjustments, you may need to slide the mount up or down. Pay attention to your gait, your hiking poles, and your natural movements to make sure you position it correctly so it doesn't get in your way. A little time on the trail and you'll get used to the position.
