My cal King adjustable single bed uses two extra long twin mattresses. Each bed has an inverted U-bracket at the foot end of the bed to prevent the mattress from shifting when sitting upright. Because of these crossbars, a traditional bed skirt will not work. I wasn't sure how well this queen/king bed would fit my king bed, but it fits great. It's easy to put on. I bought a set of 12 duvet pegs to hold it in place as mattresses are adjustable and don't always stay in matching positions. The adjustable frame on my bed is soft, so I put pins in the frame. It took a few minutes to attach them, but no big deal. The bed surround was badly creased from the packaging, but a few minutes in the dryer with a damp towel removed all of the creases. It looked so good like I spent a lot of time petting it. I've seen several reviews saying it's too long. All you have to do is tuck it further under the mattress to shorten the length. Simple solution. I'm so glad I found this bed skirt. It is very nice.
