Bought to pair with my custom PC equipped with a Ryzen 9 chip and an Asus ProArt-B550 Creator MBB, one of the few boards with Thunderbolt 4 onboard. This is capable of large Amounts to stream video from SD The 4K camera card is moving much faster. Should be as easy as plugging everything in, right? no Despite updating the drivers, software and BIOS, my desktop PC cannot see the dock. However, I'm only deducting one star because the dock works great when I use my laptop (Razer Book 13, also with TB4, paired with a Core X Chroma eGPU with 3070 FE) as the source. My guess is that either the firmware hasn't been updated to recognize the PC yet causing some sort of power flow issue so it works fine on my laptop hence the one star deduction for the incompetence of Razer tech support associated with the unwillingness to update the firmware on this thing. As long as you use it with a compatible device, it works great.
