Review on Apple Watch SE (GPS Cellular by Chiyo Ogawa ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Overall good, but expected more.

Although the benefits are probably common knowledge, I'm not sure how useful these watches will be to me. I only bought them to round out my collection and to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the Apple ecosystem is overpriced. iPhone (11) is a pretty good phone, but the price to quality ratio is not in favor of the same Apple Watch, Apple TV, or AirPods products from Apple. The MacBook (Air m1) and iPad (2022) are the best devices in their class for the money. iPhone (11) is a pretty good phone. If you don't have the time or desire to figure it out, then you can safely take it; if your needs are basic, then any Apple product will do; and if you want to find something on your own, then here's an example of the Apple Watch for you to consider. 1. I'm using Spotify to listen to music, and the app is extremely unattractive. It frequently freezes when opening the playlist, and that's not all: when I want to change the volume or switch the track, I have to wait a few seconds for the watch to ingest the track information. On mi band 6, the process takes approximately one second. It's true that Spotify on Apple Watch has significantly improved functionality, but you can't use it because it takes too long to load playlists; it's much quicker to just take out your phone instead. Consequently, this has a wide range of applications. 2. Maps, unlocking the phone, and heavy applications frequently freeze or do not function correctly, and this is a problem with the native software. 3. Exercising is beneficial, but only if you want to charge your watch every single day. It has come to our attention that this is a highly functional smart watch; however, the majority of the functions of this watch cannot be used or are difficult to use. Since many people do not require these functions, smart watches are often purchased as accessories, which is quite comical. If you have the means or feel the need for an accessory, by all means do so. In all other circumstances, however, I would advise you to purchase the Mi Band first, and then look for watches made by other manufacturers that meet your requirements.

Pros
  • + Simplifies the typical manipulations, such as paying for items in a store, receiving notifications, and so on; in other words, it enables you to avoid picking up the phone again in the event that the application decides to function properly. + A fitness accessory that is both a very useful tool and a good accessory thanks to its design and the wide variety of customization options it offers
Cons
  • - A great number of apps and features are unresponsive or do not work at all. - In my use cases, there are not a great deal of differences between the Apple Watch and other smart watches for android (which I successfully used with an iPhone before purchasing an Apple Watch). - Price (took for 21.5k on Tmall) - It's just horribly scratched, scratches have already appeared during the day of use, and I had to urgently buy glass because of it. - The battery life is laughable in comparison to the products from Chinese companies described above.
